EasyCancel Certified collects the information submitted through certification applications and consumer reports to review requests, investigate concerns and maintain certification records. Submissions are delivered to the EasyCancel Certified team by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery provider. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.

Terms

Website information is provided for general informational purposes. EasyCancel Certified is an independent certification standard, not a government agency, regulator or service that cancels subscriptions on behalf of consumers.

Certification does not endorse or guarantee a company’s products, prices, service quality, privacy, refunds or overall business practices.

Certification Policy

Certification indicates that the tested cancellation experience met the published EasyCancel Standard at the time of verification. Status is conditional and may be suspended, expired or revoked after a process change, failed re-test or other material issue.

Payment of any application, audit or licensing fee does not guarantee approval.

Trademark / Seal Usage

Only organizations with active authorization may display the EasyCancel Certified seal. The seal must link to the relevant public certification profile or verification record and must not imply a broader endorsement.

If authorization is suspended, revoked or expires, the organization must remove the seal from its website and marketing materials.
