From request to certification
What happens after you apply?
Your application starts a conversation—not a charge. We review the cancellation experience first, and the monthly license begins only after approval.

Send your application
Tell us about your business, subscriber range and current cancellation process.

Provide secure test access
After we contact you, create a temporary reviewer account, test subscription or secure invitation. Never send passwords through the application form.

We test independently
We follow and time the cancellation path as a normal authenticated customer, then document the result against every requirement.

Receive the decision
If the process passes, we approve certification. If it does not, we explain what needs attention so you can improve it and request another review.

Activate after approval
Once approved, we send the appropriate secure Stripe payment link. After payment, we activate the membership, certification number and authorization to use the seal.
